Year 7 settling in evening
Dear Parent / Guardian,
We very much hope that your son / daughter has settled into Prestatyn High School and is feeling very much a part of the school’s thriving community.
It is extremely important that the transition from primary school to high school is one of ease. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the Year 7 Settling In Evening on Tuesday 17th October, 2017. The evening is split into two timings and the arrangements are as follows. Surnames A-K are invited from 4.00pm until 5.00pm, with surnames L-Z following at 5.00pm until 6.00pm.
This evening provides an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s Group Tutor to discuss how they have settled in during their first half term at Prestatyn High School. You can use this occasion to raise any concerns that you or they may have had during the first weeks of their secondary education. The Year 7 team and members of the Senior Leadership will also be available on the evening.
