School Meals
Denbighshire is committed to healthy eating and is working hard with schools to promote the health and welfare of pupils. They continue to deliver the best food possible and want to help young people in Denbighshire discover and enjoy new and exciting foods that will encourage them to live a healthy and active life.
Our school cook and canteen staff work extremely hard every day to ensure that pupils and staff have good quality, nutritious and tasty food which is value for money.
Important Notice
We have to inform you that Denbighshire County Council have a policy where any school meal MUST be paid for in advance via Parent Pay or via fingerprint deposit boxes located around the school. Sign up details are given to all parents on admission to school. Further information can be gained by contacting the school office on 01745 852312.
Free School Meals – Who can claim?
If you are in receipt of certain benefits and have a household income which does not exceed the current Government threshold, you could be entitled to free schools meals for your child.
If you think you may be eligible to claim free school meals. more information is available at Free School Meals, Denbighshire and/or forms are available from the school office.
