Exams
• They provide an opportunity for you to demonstrate your abilities.
• Exams are not designed to catch you out.
• Examiners like giving marks to people who do what is asked of them – read the questions carefully.
• Exams can be completed in the time available.
Revision
• Nobody likes revising – starting is often the hardest part!
• Get started by timing yourself for 25 minutes.
• After 25 minutes take a 5 minute break.
• After your break you might decide to stop there – hopefully you will set yourself a target for another 25 minutes.
