What

A range of free activities for Y6 pupils based on the school site. Activities will consist of a minimum 1hr exercise/ sporting daily activity, a learning based project and some parent engagement days.

When

The project runs from July 20th, until August 6th.

General Information

All activities will be fully supported and supervised by trained staff with DBS. Breakfast and lunch will be provided free of charge by an external catering company.

This form must reach us by 21st June 2021 , applications after this date will not be considered. Return of this form does not form a contract or guarantee a place on the programme. *Unfortunately places are restricted and applications will be considered on submission of this form.

Successful applications will be notified by email or phone 4 weeks prior to the project commencement. If you do not receive a reply by 5th July your application has been unsuccessful and you may be put onto a cancellation list.
